arhh welcome to my world pmsl - sorry don't mean to laugh at you just with you.
lani is now 2 and i swear she is almost as bad as my first with eating - i can guarantee you that she goes to bed without dinner most nights - she just simply refuses to eat it, and i refuse to cook her a seperate meal.
anyway what i have started doing is giving her something on her plate with her meal, ie she will have a serving of everything we have and little servings, i mean 1 pea and 1 carrot etc, she also has on her plate something that i know she will eat - at the moment it is either apple or bread. now of course she eats what i know she will and then will push her plate away and say all gone and patiently wait for everyone else finishes - hopefully one day she may just put a pea in her mouth lol. last week she accidentaly got a smidge of pumpkin in (it was stuck on the bottom of the apple lol)
i have also put her on pentavite liquid vitamin, so i know in my heart that at least she is getting something and dinner times i don't seem to feel so stressed about it.
the only times she eats her dinner is when i make chow mein - but hey we are not eating that every night lol - once a week is bad enough and as i said before I REFUSE to be cooking different meals for everyone, that may be harsh but that is me and my ds who was also quite fussy is now 6yrs old and has the best appetite and will try anything new (even brussel sprouts he didn't like them by the way but will try them) so i do know that it will get better, just gotta keep reminding myself everynight.
