Totally agree - it is years of hard work, as are the qualifications that childcare staff have - just not as many years. Have you ever looked into the legal requirments for document keeping and programming in childcare (in Queensland anyway)? Don't want to turn this thread into something it's not meant to be - however I feel so strongly about when people don't understand what we do that I just couldn't leave the baby sitting comment alone.
