hi Jenjen25 I am pretty sure you have to treat the both of you for 10 days, it can clear up in a couple of days but you have to go longer just to make sure you dont go reinfecting each other.
I know what you mean about decisions but you need to clear it up so giving the meds is what works.
I am almost 100% sure that the thrush was making georgia irritable because I can see the thrush is almost clear and she is back to her normal self.
As for the cold I dont know we havent come across that yet but I would only be giving bubs panadol if you really think they are miserable or in pain, maybe try some of the Brauer more natural treatments if you are worried, you can get them at the chemist.
