Ooh thats a tough one Danni. Unfortunately its probably not worth the risk of giving him another dose, as you don't know for sure how much stayed in his tummy, and panadol is actually quite dangerous if taken in higher than normal doses.
Having said that... its up to you hon...
I can honestly sympathise, it is SO frustrating isnt it.
I would like to hear what others suggest as well...
