It must be tricky when the scratching is habitual. DD1 had fairly mild eczema on her chest as a little kid. I found the steroid creams did clear the worst of it up, and we used Moogoo and QV balm to hold it at bay. But hers was on her chest and therefore I could cover it up! Very hard when it's on his face! I'm sorry but I don't have any suggestions for you as it sounds like you have tried everything I'd suggest. Just wanted to sympathise and hope that you see some positive results of your current treatment soon.
