The amber teething necklaces work a treat, also I really like the Brauers homeopathic teething drops. I've always found that between the two of them we can usually avoid panadol and nurofen (and my DS was a terrible teether who would be up crying for hours at night before I discovered these gems) GL hun

    Teething is not fun

We usually just use nurofen because I have never got my butt in gear enough to get a teething neclace but I know parents who swear by them.

I would use Nurofen for the moment and maybe even teething rings.

Definitely look into the necklaces though. I just ordered one for DD today (jumping on the bandwagon 16 months too late ). So many people swear by them! I hope you have an easy night and your poor little possum is feeling a little better in the morning

PS. Woo hoo for the first tooth though

Amber necklace all the way!! Oskar was a great teether, so I never had any need for anything more than a bit of gel or panadol on the odd occasion, and I'm talking RARELY. Elijah, was a whole different story! Nightmare first 2 teeth. Got that necklace so fast after that and oh yeah, different little kiddy! I've had to use panadol about 2 or 3 times since and he's got 12 teeth now.

Neither of mine used teething rings but we discovered the rubber end of the kids toothbrushes worked a treat.
