My baby girl is 3 months old and has had a bit of an upset tummy the last 2 days. She is breastfed so I am not sure if it is something I have eaten or if it is a tummy bug(????)

She has done 2 runny poos this afternoon and she is spitting milk up a bit more than normal. Just a question, how do you know if your bub has diarrhea? She normally has pretty runny poos but only one every day or two.

I have taken her temperature and that is fine. I just cant help worrying though!
