do you think it could be a growth spurt? You could always pop an extra feed in for a few nights to even a week and then trial dropping the extra feed again to see if your little one goes back in to the routine of sleeping through. Other than that, its a tricky one if the dummy is their comfort - imo I'd try the extra feed before even worrying about the dummy side of things and if the extra feed doesn't work after a week, it might be worth considering training your little one to not need the dummy to settle? You could trial this idea if your little one has day naps by putting them down with the dummy and then if the dummy gets spat out, see if you can help them re settle without it? It'll take a bit of time but might help in middle of the night settling as well as ensuring you get more sleep!!
