    Sleeping questions

Charlotte is 10 months on Sunday ans still waking between 3-5 times a night, most of the time the only way i can get back to sleep is to feed her, It is starting to ware me down.
Just wanting any tips you have to try and cut down to 1 feed a night or at least to help her self settle during the night.
    thank you

What other ways have you tried with her?
We started by cutting down the lenghth of times for feeds, we eventually got down to 4-5 mins but then any shorter than that and she would cry if I tried to take her off, so in the end we started trying to settle her without the breast just cuddling til she was calm then put her down and pat her. Eventually things improved but slowly.

    Hi Everyone

My son is now 12 weeks old and I was having huge issues with his sleeping. He was extremely tired during the day and would only sleep if I was holding him - which really isn't all that convenient. I would literally sit on the couch for a couple of hours while he slept, just so that he would be in a good mood for a while. My husband would get home and NOTHING had been done and I was stressed beyond belief - was my life going to be like this forever???

I was surfing the 'net one night for a solution when I bought a CD called "It's time to sleep" over the internet - I wanted to try anything. Have any of you heard of this? It has saved my life. I've varied the instructions on the CD a little to suit Daniel but now he sleeps REALLY well. Lastnight was from 9pm to 7am!! I got a sleep in. He also sleeps during the day every two hours - even a 20 minute sleep seems to make a huge difference to his mood. Currently he is having his afternoon sleep which usually starts at 1pm and goes to 3pm.

He woke up at 5am this morning, I heard him on the monitor, but he put himself back to sleep. 3 weeks ago, if I'd heard him, I would have gotten up to feed him but he is learning that when he is in bed, it's time to sleep!! Just great!!
