i have a similiar problem as well, my dd is 9 monthss now and im australian born chinese and my hubby is japanese so we speak in english to each other, so speak a tiny bit of japanese and i mix that with a bit of english when i talk to her, not sure about th chinese though wouldnt it get too complicated? plus hubby doesnt understand chinese...
