Is she drinking enough water? - I'd try to increase her water intake. For the sore vagina - perhaps make sure that you change her nappy often so that it is not against her skin for long.
Only other thing I could think of is teething or UTI...

sounds like a UTI to me...best go to a dr and get her checked out. Have you ever had one??? Very painful when you we, which maybe what she is describing.
