From what you have posted, all signs indicate that neurologically she appears fine. You said she cried straight away, she didn't sleep and there was no vomiting. These are all signs to look for if you suspect a head injury and she passed with flying colours.

Did you take DD to see the Dr? I hope they laid all of your anxieties to rest. I'm sure you've been told that bumps to the head don't cause tumours, but I can absolutely understand why you would be concerned.

I work in a paed oncology ward, and want to pass on my sympathy for your tragic loss. I know it's hard enough loosing a child I have cared for - I simply cannot imagine the pain you and your family feel. I will keep you in my thoughts :hugs:
