DS's face was covered in milk pimples (I mean covered..I counted up to 100 one day and then stopped counting) it probably peaked at about 8-9 weeks of age. His skin is fine. He does get occasional, mild eczema but at this stage they're suggesting he will grow out of it.

SO while Jasmine may have sensitive skin, the spots are really quite normal for her age, and are probably peaking at about now.
