    Vaseline! I used it on my 8 year old when he was a bub and am now using it on my 3 month old. Same as other suggestions - apply before bed, and wash off next morning. Use a baby comb or washcloth to gently lift it off. Depending on how much bub has you might need to do a couple of treatments. But it really does work. Inexpensive too. Good luck!

    I've heard that using vaseline/sorbelene in that way works well, just haven't tried it myself.
