Might be working through some digestive/tummy issues perhaps? Wind could be the culprit. Maybe try picking her up for a burp or bicycle her little legs.

When my DD was a newbie we called 4:00-6:00am 'The Gruntening'. She grunted, snorted, snuffled and wiggled at the same time every day - usually followed by a poosplosion a bit later.
