Dont want to scare you but the thing with skin is it keeps burning unless you get the heat out of it. Better safe than sorry. There is a 24 hour phone line staffed by nurses you can call but im not sure of the number sorry. The last thing is, please be kind to yourself we all make mistakes! good luck
