    Worried about Ds's hearing

Lately i have noticed DS not respond to me when i call out to him or when i yell at him if he is being naughty. Most of the time he will not even turn his head towards me.

Today he was sitting on my lap watching tv and decided to 'test' his hearing by clicking my fingers right near his ears. No response. I thought maybe he was too engrossed in the tv so i turned it off and tired again. Nothing. He just sat there looking at the direction of the tv still.

Occassionally he will give a little smile though. So i am wondering, is he just being stubborn and not wanting to listen to me (i was even yelling in his ear at one point, still didn't look at me or move) or can he really not hear me?

I mean if i say dada, he will copy me most of the time. And if Lily yells out to him from another room he will come running most of the time too.

And just then i called out his name twice (he is about 3 foot away from me) and he looked up at me both times with a look of 'what do you want' lol

So i am at a loss. What do you think?

hav it checked for your own peace of mind, but it may be that he is just ignoring you? Especially is he is responding to Lily from another room. I hope thats all it is.
