My DS1 had bowed legs. The Dr put it down to him being a large-ish baby and him walking rather early (9mths). I was told there was nothing they would do about it as it would most likely correct itself. By the age of 4 his legs were perfectly straight with no sign of them ever being bowed. He is now 16 and close to 6ft tall with perfectly straight legs.
