I don't think you're a crap mum AT ALL. I don't think you NEED help in that "You need help because you're a crap mum", I think you need help because you sound overwhelmed, and need some support. Do you have family or friends that you can talk about strategies to deal with Aricyn's behaviour so you can both be happier?
