We did the bouncer thing too. Now that DS is mobile, I usually wait until DF is home or until DS is asleep. Otherwise, DS comes in the shower with me. He opens the shower screen door and tries to climb in, so I just plonk him on the floor of the shower, he loves it.

I haven't used mine yet, but a bumbo is this seat thing that you can sit your baby in, I think even before they can sit up on their own, as it comes up around their torso to support them. I got one at my baby shower, but will wait till DS is a little older before I use it.

Yep, I used to wheel her in there in the pram bassinette when she was really little.

Once she started crawling, I'd just wait until she had her morning nap.

Now she's a toddler there's no way I can leave her in another room, she gets up to too much mischief and her morning nap has now turned into a lunchtime nap. Sometimes I wait until then, other times she showers with me.

Can't wait until she's old enough to be trusted to be left in another room.

My DD is a bit older, but she comes in the bathroom with me and either reads a book or watches and we play peek a boo through the fogged up glass, although this game often gets cut short cause I don't want to waste water!

DS is 12 months old, we play peek a boo through the glass too!

I wait until morning snack time after his nap to sometimes have a shower. He eats his rice cakes on the bathroom floor and plays with my velcro rollers. Easy pleased.
