When we go into his room he is always awake screaming...it doesn't happen every time or even every night but it is fairly regular. For example, last night was 9:15 pm Bed, 10:40 pm Wake but Self Settled, 12:10 am Wake but SS, 12:30 am Wake 5 minutes to settle, 4:30-4:45 Wake crying, 4:55 am - 6:20 am Wake screaming in pain/burb/drink/wind/burb then sleep.

He is inconsolable most of that screaming time, he pulls his legs up and archs his back and head. Nothing comforts him (as he was before he got onto the reflux medicine).

I'm not sure why although for the past few weeks (since the gastro) he hasn't swollowed much of his reflux medicine so it could just be that... But we've also managed to get him to take some formula in the last few weeks too (which he wouldn't do before) so maybe it's that... We're not giving any formula today to see if that makes a difference...
