Sippy cups, we have spent a small fortune on them, firstly we wanted a Magmag as DH`s sons from his first marriage used them and he said they were fantastic so hunted high and low for them, no one sells them have since found out they are out of stock GRRRR
So far in the last 5 months we`ve gone through:
1). A sippy cup from Ebay found it great until it hit the floor - have no idea what brand it is but since it`s going to hit the floor more then once the plastic should be sturdier then what it was, one hit and it`s cracked Grrrrr
2). e purchase a Heniz sippy cup, quite expensive, Matthew`s can`t suck strong enough to get the water out, so DH and I try well to tell you the truth we nearly sucked our eyeballs out to get some water how do they expect a baby to get anything out of this cup we have no idea. DH has a brain wave of taking the little plastic leak proof sprout out, we have the opposite problem of nearly drowning Matthew.
3). After another unsuccessful attempt of trying to locate a Magmag cup, MIL gives us a Tommee Tippee cup, yet another failure, can`t get the water pout, Matthew`s nose is all squashed up trying to drink out of it, can`t take the lid off so it`s in the way.
4). Okay 4th time lucky and we`ve spent so much money so we buy the Avent Sippy Cup yay success, Matthew loves it, it doesn`t leak, it`s been thrown on the floor so many times and still survives. The thing is this cup is one of the first we looked at, it`s often the way!!!!!
