DD2 00000 fit a bit better than DD1, but any pants in 00000 fell off because she had no waist due to growth restriction, came home at 2.45kg

DD born 3lb 12oz. Came home at 6 1/2 weeks weighing 5lb 2oz. 00000 was fairly big on her, but she was long. There's no way she would fit into a Kmart 00000, they were enormous.
She soon got too 'tall' for her 00000 clothes so she had to go into baggy 0000 clothes at about 2 1/2 - 3 months.
She's 5 months now and between a 0000 and 000, depending on the brand. Fitting well into Target 000, but still in Kmart 0000 clothes. Huge size difference between Kmart and Target!!

DS came home in 0000 that he was too long for (oops!) but was a long skinny bub until...no wait, still is!
the 000 were the right length but coulda fitted another bub in with him width wise, so after he was born we bought some 0000 with no feet and cut the feet out of the ones we had with feet in them and he just wore booties or socks.

I have two 00000 suits in white so I think I will start with 0000 in colours and even put one over the other to come home as it will be winter So white underneath and Pink on top....

I definately look bigger this time round but they say you carry all out in front with a girl

That is funny as I never bought anything smaller than 000 assuming the exact same thing, we had one 0000 a friend had bought, but I never removed the tags as I thought it very unlikely that we would need a suit so small so after DD1 was born DH, our Family and Friends all went clothes shopping, and DD's first clothes were PP Teddy Bear Clothes, I couldn't have imagined the 000 on her

Olive & Beema funny about that too, cause DS1 only fitted into 0000 for short time i thought DS2 would be a big bubba and be the same so i stocked up on 000 not knowing we would need 00000 when he was born, so same thing my mum & sister went and bought heeps of 00000 for him!

0000 - for a 3.79kg bub coming home from hospy at six days old

but due to heatwave conditions, and how much she responded to swaddling, she was in a nappy and singlet and muslin wrap, more than clothing (onesies etc).

i thought at the time, if i had another bub, i would keep the tiniest clothing, UNWASHED, TAGS KEPT ON, RECEIPTS NEARBY, so that if your bub was bigger than you expected, it would not be hard to at the very least, exchange the clothing for bigger sizes, or get your money refunded.

easier to take tags off, wash them, once bubs is arrived (the tiny stuff), once you know their size
rather than prep it all, with the chance you may not use it.

maybe it wouldn't bother most mums, but i had to be frugal, so i thought this way.
