It is common for babies to have a mild temperature and be grizzly for 24-48 hours after an immunisation. Offering more frequent breast feeds is one good form of pain relief and comforting, and you can also give baby paracetamol.

Not sure about vomiting or diahrroea - they are not typical in my experience.
