Are they thinking it will be cleared up by then? E.g Once the blisters are dried up they are allowed back to childcare. With DS blisters first seen on Friday by following Friday we had all clear from doctor to go back to childcare.

For me it would depend on stage of illness. You can get it more than once is true but severity is less second time around in most cases.
