Hey everyone, thank you so much for all your advice & feedback. It's the birthday boy's younger brother that has hfm. He only went to the dr's yesterday & blisters are coming up now on his hands & feet. I quarantined myself for 2 weeks when my son had it, but he was really bad. I know the RCH fact sheets say to stay away from other kids. I guess i'll just have to see how he is by the weekend. What's the bet my husband says don't worry it'll be fine. If it was me i's postpone because i'd be so worried about any other kid getting it, but she's pretty relaxed so i don't know what she'll decide.
If it was a friend i'd definitely not go but when its family its much harder to say no. Ha ha ha.
Thanks heaps for your feedback, maybe i can grow a pair & stand up for what i want to do. Very hard to stand up to the in laws family & Do what i want, i always get pushed into doing stuff i don't really want to do.
