Is she a heavy sleeper? DD is a heavy sleeper so I would change her nappy and she would still be asleep. I dont know, to me, the thought that she could be sleeping in her wee wee (ie not wet clothes not just wet nappies) doesnt sound comfy so I rather be safe.
