My DS1 wasn't overly big born (7lb 10oz) but once he started feeding (bfing) he started to become a bit of a big boy. I would get the comments from the strangers in the street like, 'How old is he?' I'd tell them then i'd get "Oh he's a big boy isn't he!?'. To me he wasn't. Yes he gained weight beautifuly and i'm just proud of us for that, of me for producing the milk, of him for drinking it so well and of my milk for being so good. I too was told by my MCHN that you can't overfeed a breastfed baby so i never attempted to change anything.

It all evened out, he's now almost 4 and just looks like a healthy little boy, not too big not too small
