My DD who is 15wks today has a cold. Is there anything I can do and should I be taking her to a doctor? Obviously because breathe through her nose still it getting hard. She has rattly breathing, very snotty nose and is coughing and sneezing because of the mucous.

Soo tell me what I need to do. I'm trying to suck the nose with that little tool from fess for little noses spray and also using a vapouriser but it seems to be getting worse.

Any advice appreciated.
