Some days Miss J is up and down all day, only sleeping for 45min at a time. However other days she will put in a 3hr afternoon sleep! There's no way I can predict what she is going to do however, I have noticed that if I put her in her sleeping bag and it is a darker sort of day and DD1 is at childcare so the house is quiet she tends to sleep a bit longer in the afternoon.

I don't know really but I found the older she gets the better she is getting at sleeping.

    That's reassuring to know
