Currently i am applying a mixed cream by the doc then 10 mins after vitamin e cream.

Then a few hrs later bactroban then ten mins later dermaid

Then few hrs later bactroban again then ten mins later dermaid

Then bath with qv bath oil

Then mixed cream again
10 mins later vit e cream

Before bed for three nights another premix

The bactroban and dermaid is 7 days on snd 7 days off but i have used it sparingly only as it doesnt seem to help much

Inbetween creams im using qv intensive
