I'm still trying to run on a similar timetable to what we do when DH is here but it doesn't work with one adult doing everything that 2 normally share! I think I'm either going to have to move the bathing to a different time or get started earlier on the dinner.

Ezz, I tried to get DD happily eating her finger foods while I'm in the kitchen but we've had a few near-choking incidents because she shovels too much food in at once so now it means I have to be right there hovering the whole time. I can get about 5 mins of (non-choking) peace out of her with a little pile of grated cheese while I'm getting the rest of her tea ready.

Jess and Nic I agree about bake dinners - I love to get everything in the oven and then pull it out, done. Just need to get them in a bit earlier I think.
