Nope. DD1 was bigger, but thinner, at 8lbs5.
    DD2 was 7lbs7, and chubbier.
I went into labour at exactly the same gestation with each.

    Yip true for me

    DS was 3.29kg
    DD was 3.42kg

May not have been true had DS not been 3 weeks early, they might've been about the same.

    Yep 2nd was a whopper.

    DS at 37wk was 2.7kg (6lb)
    DD at 34wk was 3.5kg (7lb 12oz I think it is)

I'm hoping to goodness that trend doesn't follow with this one! Don't like to think about what Dd would have been at full term lol. I'm hoping for a nice average gestation and nice average size this time

Not true for me. Although, I suspect it would be had my placenta not been slowing down with my second pregnancy.
    Ds - 3.3 kg
    Dd - 2.8 kg

Wow, so interesting seeing how some babies get smaller as you go along and some get LOTS bigger as you go along!! I suppose it does depend heaps on the gestation the baby reaches also before you pop huh... !!

I wonder if my prediction (and the MW's) will be right and it will be at least 9pds..... I'll find out soon

    I was 41wks when I had DD.

My second was smaller as well

    DD - 9pound 6.5oz @ 40 + 5
    DS - 8pound 11 @ 40 + 6

Think it was about 300g difference

Nope. DS was 8lb 9oz, DD1 was 7lb 12oz and DD2 8lb 6oz. And out of all of them, DD1 who was the smallest, was actually the most overdue!

Ds was born 40+1 and he was 6lb 13 (3090g) - DD was born 40+6 and weighed in at 6lb 9 (2970). So she baked for 5 extra days and weighed 4oz (120g) less. She was shorter too by 5cm but they both had the same sized head (which counts lol)

DS was 10lb 3oz (4635kg) born at 38+2 and DD was 8lb 11.5oz (3955kg) born at 40+4 so smaller second time round for me.

Mine was exactly one pound smaller (6pd8oz compared to DS1 who was 7pd8oz) but then he was also born 4 weeks early and 1cm longer than DS1. So I think if he'd hung on a bit longer he would have been bigger.

No, my second was almost 1kg lighter than my first. Dr's said they were both very big babies before they were born.

    DS1 was 4.3kg. DS2 was 3.4kg.

At least I got to use the smaller clothes I had bought when I was pregnant with DS1.
