Oh so remember those lovely explosions! DD#1 managed a perfect 10 on one particular shoot......thank goodness the carpet was already kakky coloured It was the fact that I had literally just turned my head away after putting cream on her little bot bot.....omg....seconds longer................blerk!

Your bubby sounds so normal! Its just the ongoing clean ups that aren't that fun hey?

I had another explosion yesterday, and my DD is 4 months old! I heard some rumblings while she was feeding, and when I moved her, it was all over my tshirt, pants, her clothes and the pillow she was lying on!

Oh Sammiejane, I had to laugh at your post. We had lots of exploding poos in the early weeks and it went all over the carpet, reached the cot, my shirt, and my expensive white Sheridan quilt cover. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy cleaning up the mess at 11pm when I was already seriously sleep deprived! We don't have the exploding poos anymore but she does like to unload into a nice fresh nappy and we wait for at least 5 minutes after we hear the farties to make sure everything is out before we go and change her.
