Also, do some research into the conditions that the Vit K is intended to prevent and the chances of these actually happening. Very interesting.
Research what they do in other countries, many dont give it as routine, many do oral only, etc.
If you intend on breastfeeding, you can actually up the amount of VitK you have in your milk (Vit K is fat soluble) by eating plenty of asparagus, cauliflower, spinach, and some others immediately prior to labor and indeed during labour if you can stomach food.

I had found loads while googling, alot of it is government guidelines (ie. not really information, but moreso reasons why it's recommended to have the injection).
