Don't mean to be the bearer of bad news but brace yourself as you may be in for a shocking week. We took our little man back to UK and Ireland when he was six months returning when he was just over seven. It was really wierd as he didn't seem to suffer from jet lag on the way there but had a shocking time when we got back here. We found that for the first few days that once he woke in the middle of the night he just wouldnt go back to sleep. I just go up and let him play and pyut him back down when he showed tired signs. During the day i tried to keep to his normal routine of when to put him down and he seemed to do those sleeps also. It was rough going but after a week he was staying asleep for longer and could be resettled if he woke.

How did she go sleep wise in UK. My little guy has a shocker waking and feeding anything between 2-6 times a night for the month. I think this might be why it took a little while for the good night sleeping to sort itself out in our case.

Good luck
