You've got all the right ideas, with the sun and sticking to her routine as much as you can. It might take a while, but you'll get there.

    Hey,

She slept like a champ in the UK, wasn't jet lagged at all and slept better than she ever has here. Today I have gotten her out and about and woken her from naps to ensure that she isn't turning day into night. We'll see how we go. I am well prepared and aware that things might be a shocker for a while - I don't sleep much at the moment anyway and don't seem to be suffering from jet lag either which is weird so it's not me I'm worried about.

The poor wee sausage has huge bags under her eyes and hasn't had her usual proper long sleep since sunday night - hope she gets some tonight!

    Thanks guys
