Question Sore neck. Should I worry?

My 3 year old was jumping on the trampoline with her sister & snapped her head back.
I didn't see it, but she came inside asking for a drink so she could lay down coz she hurt her neck.
She sort of told me what happened, but added things to it, like rocks, lol.
Anyway, I asked DD1 what happened & she told me.
DD2 is laying on the lounge & she looks like she is in alot of pain. She hasn't attempted getting up yet, but it is still hurting her.
Should I worry about it or should I give her some panadol & let her rest for a bit.
She is refusing to attempt to sit up by herself.

i would say just give the hospital a call and explain to them what has happened. they will advise you what to do next. Its hard to say just to giver her panadol because Im not a doctor and i dont want to say everything is fine when there is a chance its not. IYKWIM. yeh just give them a call. please

Well I rang them & took her up there. She does have limited movement, but only on the right side & not much pain thanks to panadol, the nurse said to take her back if I'm worried at any time & that the doc is there at 5.30.
    So, for now, she's ok.

Aw, Skye I'm sorry Your poor DD. Could it be a bit of whiplash? Did they tell you to immobilise her neck for a while? Might be inflamed for a little while, then should ease up a bit. Could be worth talking to a physio if you're still concerned after a while?
    Hope she's much better soon.
