    Yay Toowoomba!!!!!!

We had bad wind for a while and the only thing that worked was a pretty unorthodox method of burping. We would put her belly on our shoulder and then rock her backwards over it. Firm hold all the time of course. It looks a bit strange but it worked. We tried Infacol and Infants friend and gripe water and none of it worked for us. We did the over the knee thing too when we were out in public cause it looks a bit awful hanging your baby over your shoulder.
Good luck and I hope you find something that works.

For our DS we found that, Marinas Mixture works fantastically!
I have also recently discovered that if I put him on my shoulder and kind of bounce up and down while patting his back, that we can get some of the nasty wind up as well.

You know, I went into chemist warehouse (or whatever it's called) and asked about this stuff and he insisted you need a prescription (tool).
So I've bought it online, and hopefully it will come in the next day or two.
Thanks for your help, I'll let you know how we go

Brauers Colic relief did wonders for us. It's a homeopathic line available at chemists.

I second the brauers - worked wonders for DD. ANd xp had terrible wind pains once - gave him a few drops and it came straight out! Magic stuff.
