They generally come out themselves in their poop and what nat over the next few days!I don't keep the kids apart... I just let them go... and as far as I'm aware you don't have to notify schools/daycares etc that your kids have had them.
But you do have to do a follow up treatment in two weeks time, as the eggs take 2 weeks to hatch, so if any or left behind they hatch and there's a second batch iykwim!
