Budgeting for Baby

Was thinking further about this and if someone asked me what big ticket item to splash out on for a new baby I would say a kingsize bed for mum and dad! Many parents end up cosleeping or partially cosleeping and even if they don't you'll have toddlers climbing into bed with you one day! Best to have a big family friendly bed!

I totally agree!!! We have a queen and I said to DH that next time we need a king. The cot never gets used as we cosleep, it's amazing how such a little person tales up so much room

LOL. Just from thinking back to my own childhood days, I would have to agree with that! My parents bought a king sized bed because I slept in their bed for... quite a few years. LOL. I'd have a nightmare and then just never go back to my own bed! It then became a habit...
