I've just tried to do this over the phone and the lady I spoke to didn't know anything about it

I insisted I was right so she put me on hold again then came back to say that I can pay out the advance but cant get another on this week as I can only get an advance every 26weeks

When I asked if the fact it was a one off (not recurring) loan made any difference she didn't know

Also the computers are down so she couldn't help anyway *sigh* what a waste of time
