Children's Bank Accounts... which one?

I really need to get bank accounts sorted for the kids.

DSS has a bonus saver account, but as he has just turned 13 there are alot more account options out there, i am thinking possibly and ING one

DD has just turned 3 and doesnt have an account, but has an overflowing piggy bank that i now dont want sitting in the house as it has a lot of notes in it
As we are about to have another child, i think that the time has come to open an account for the two little ones that i can put all the money into...

Anyone got any suggestions for no fee and high interest accounts - i will not be making any withdrawls from the account.

i think so, we have two for each girl, i would have to ask DH lol
