    My guess is a lot of it actually goes to real estate, it's a purpose built state of the art centre - but to be honest the rent would be where a lot of the $$ goes.
    Yep. Leasing costs are massive. More than $30k a month here and then $12-$15k a week for net wages, plus expenses. Adds up.

    It's easy to think that there is profiteering happening but it may not necessarily be the case.

    I'm not 100% sure what our increase is, but I know when I read the form it didn't phase me much, I think it was like $5 a day or something, so only $2.50ish after the rebate, so I'm not too worried at the moment lol
