I'm so happy for you that this caesar/birth was a much more positive experience. You did sooo well to go 10 days past EDD and let bub arrive on the day she chose. Some cheeky bubs just seem to have second thoughts once they've gotten the ball rolling though don't they
One of my friends had a very similar experience. She got to 10 cm's dilated but bub had her head in a funny possie and wouldn't come out, and she was born by ECS and had a big dint on the side of her forehead, apparently from being stuck up against mums pelvic bone.
