    I'm not a massive fan of the afterpains. Feel like I'm dying

    Who made it to the birth? Jan and Kelly? Can't wait to hear more.
    Kelly was there for at least an hour or two (probably longer, time flies in LabourLand), and Jan got there around the time I started feeling VERY pushy. So maybe half an hour or so.

    Amelia and my mum were with me almost the entire time - Amelia filled in PZ's role as doula and was pouring water over my back
