Pink Kit Question... Kate's Cat

I have gone entirely through my Pink Kit and it kept referencing "Kate's cat" as a position or method along with the other ones. I can't find what it is! Because it keeps being mentioned along with the hip lift etc, I really want to know the technique. Can anyone help me with this?

yes, you can clarify a question for me...

I enquired ages ago about stocking the pink kit in our shop, but nothing ever came of it. Who should I speak to about this?

I used it very successfully for the birth of our 2nd child and would like to incorporate it into our natural baby section of our health food store + also be able to use it as part of a doula service
