It is horrible being overdue. I went 15 days with my first 11 days with my second and the gift of going 'early' 6 days with my third! Nothing can make you feel better but that baby coming out. I find that the rock bottom day is the day they arrive!!!
Hopefully you and the family are having some sweet time before bubba comes in!

    Hi every one.....

gave birth the same day of bloody show was at 9am, mild contractions started about 1pm, got to hospital about 5pm still very mild pains (easy drive in car thats a first!) continued mild contractions till 9pm
then it appeared to stop 9.30pm waters broke with big pain and a pop and the then 20mins of serious labour contractions on top of each other in the shower then pushed for only 2mins (one push for the head, one push for the body) and
baby no 5. VIOLET GRACE was born 9pd 2oz......pretty cool hey and lucky to have a quick labours....she is so lovely

midwife had no time to put on her gloves and my partner helped catch, my 7 yr daughter cut the cord and my two girlfriends were crying their eyes out!

Wow - congratulations!! That is so beautiful that your daughter cut her sisters cord. What a lovely bond for the 2 of them to share.
