    That's wonderful PZ, that you got the place!

    Pets are common things that landlords often negotiate on.

    HBs are not.

    Maybe in time when we see HBs becoming more the norm, we will see HB clauses in contracts... but ATM, they can't do anything about it, to the best of my knowledge.
