I had my last wax when I was about 6 months PG (I just like being waxed anyway... hate shaving) but after my 6 month wax I just let it go haha I think because I couldnt see down there I never thought to get it done again, so I think it was all there when it came to giving birth. I dont think anyone seriously thinks about what it looks like down there while they're giving birth though, I always thought I would be really embarrassed being in that position with strangers looking / touching but when it came to it I just didnt care... I knew they were there for a reason & knew what they were doing so I just went with the flow.

I dont think I'll be waxing the next time either...
